You will need 1 carrot, 1 potato & 1/2 onion.
Cut all of the vegetable as small as you can.
Place them into boiling water for 3 minutes then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
If you are not much into big pieces and prefer a velouté
than mashed your vegetables well within your water.
Add some salt and pepper.
You can also add a little bit of butter if you feel like.
