RECIPE: My White Chocolate & Raisins Lebkuchen Style Cookies

You Need

80 g of Room-Temperature Butter
125 g of Sugar
125g of Flour
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

100g of Chocolate Squares
20g of Raisins

How To

Preheat your oven at 210 Degrees Celsius.

In a bowl, mix the butter, the sugar and flour, 
the egg, the cinnamon and vanilla.

Divide the dough by placing it onto a cooking sheet 
creating circular cookies.

Place one square of white chocolate in the middle of each cookie
Surround it with four raisins per cookie.

Place the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes.

Eat with milk
