FOOD: The Recipe I Always Make (and does not feel like proper cooking)

A meat or Poultry
Fried onto a pan with a little bit of oil.

Rice, Pasta of sliced vegetables.
Boiled in a sauce pan.
Emptying the water.
Adding a little oil, garlic, salt, pepper & soy sauce or cream.
Stir vigoursly.

If the meat seems dry:
Adding the vegetables,rice of pasta to the pan where it got fried.
Add soy sauce or cream 
(depending on what you added in the first place)
