RECIPE: Meringues

What You Will Need
4 Egg whites
250g of sugar

How to
Preheat your oven an 120°C
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites in a bowl
Beat them until you get a white fluffy cloud mixture
Add in the sugar while still beating them
Scoop up small round shapes out of the mixture onto a baking sheet
Cook for 40 minutes
Let them cool down before eating
