RECIPE: Chicken Quesadillas

What you will need

2 chicken breasts
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of salt
1tsp of chili powder
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pinch of sugar
4 flour tortillas
100g of shredded cheddar cheese
100g of shredded gruyère
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

How to make it

Cook the chicken breats thinly chopped 
with the spices into a frying pan

Preheat your oven at 175 C°

Add the onion to the chicken and 
cook with a pinch or sugar until softened

Layer half of each tortilla with the chicken & onion preparation 
and the cheddar and gruyère

Fold the totillas in two and place onto a baking sheet

Cook in the oven to melt down the cheese, around 10 minutes

Cut the totillas in three equal pieces and serve
