FOOD: Spice It Up!

 Cinnamon
It is antiseptic as I said already. 
It also avoids stomach aches.
The one from Ceylan would seem 
to be the most efficient ones.

 Clove
They are a very good source of antioxydant, 
anti-inflammatory and antiseptic. 
It also is a good way to avoid you having cystitis.

 Ginger
Ginger is anti inflammatory.
It is often recommended against the ills of arthrites.
Finally, it is also a very good anti vomiting product.

Nutmeg
Let's be very classy but it is a very good remedy to diarrhea,
it will also help against rhumatismes
and it soothes tooth aches.
